Modified Payment Plans

In an effort to give families more time to pay for their player’s hockey, we have shifted back the payment plan dates. Previously, the payment plan was six equal payments starting June 1 and ending Nov 1. The new payment plans will start Jul 1, 2020 and end Jan 1, 2021 extending payments out to seven payments.

Partial Season Refunds

We realize that in these uncertain times, families are concerned about committing to an entire hockey season. If we can not complete our entire season for whatever reason related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will provide prorated refunds back to families based on the length of the season.

COVID-19 Financial Hardship Refund Policy

Per the AAHA, the Capital City Vipers are now offering a COVID-19 Financial Hardship Refund Policy.  Under this policy, parents may request a full refund of their player tuition if they experience a hardship related to COVID-19. This may be exercised by the participant/family through July 31, 2020. A hardship under this policy must be related to the COVID-19 pandemic, where a family’s financial condition changed after signing a Player Agreement, and on or prior to July 31, 2020. A participant/family exercising this option will not be permitted to roster with another club at the same tier level, or with a similarly ranked Non-National Bound and/or Non-Tiered Travel team for the 2020-2021 season.

Capital City Vipers Sponsorship Program

The Vipers are very excited to announce this new program that can be utilized by any player in the organization.  This sponsorship program allows businesses or individuals to Sponsor Individual Players or donate to the Capital City Vipers Scholarship Fund to offset the cost to participate in the Capital City Vipers ice hockey programs.  Players receiving funds from the scholarship fund will be selected based on financial need.  Please see attached information regarding the program.  Information can also be viewed on our sponsorship page.
